At LintPod™, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, subject to the strict conditions below.
Strict Return Eligibility (Please Read Carefully) Due to the sanitary nature of our product (pet hair removal), we have strict hygiene standards. To be eligible for a return, your item MUST be:
- Absolutely unused and in its original, pristine condition.
- In the original, unopened packaging.
- Free of ANY pet hair, dander, human hair, or signs of use.
Note: Any returned items that show signs of use, missing packaging, or contain pet hair will be rejected for sanitary reasons and disposed of without a refund.
Mandatory RMA Process (Do Not Ship Automatically) Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer or the corporate address listed on our website. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed.
To initiate a return, you must follow these steps:
- Email us at support@lintpod.com with your Order Number and Full Name.
- Provide a detailed reason for the return.
- Attach clear, well-lit photos of the product and packaging proving it is unused.
- Once reviewed and approved (within 24–48 hours), we will issue you an official RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and provide the correct warehouse shipping address.
Return Shipping Costs
- Change of mind or personal preference: Return shipping costs are 100% the customer's responsibility. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for lost return packages.
- Defective or damaged items: If your item arrived broken, contact us immediately with photos. We will gladly send a free replacement at no cost to you. No return of the broken item is necessary.
Refund Process Once your return is received at our designated warehouse and rigorously inspected for hygiene compliance:
- We will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method.
- Processing time: Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account after inspection.
- Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
